Does "Petits Machins" from FILLES fit in? Miles's solo plays with major and minor thirds -- but not sure how to read it against what the rhythm section is doing.
Yes, I think so. I mentioned it above. The melody itself has minor third and major third and I think Herbie is playing #9 chords too.
